I'm sure some of Shawn's English words. Can anyone help me? 3

There are some words I don't know what they are (I'm American). When friends at the bar wait for Shawn to return after drinking all the zoom, they discuss what to eat. Diane says toast and Ed says Bravel is behind. And if you're looking for street food behind the bar, you can still find Sean's favorites. What are Toast, Braille and Knots?

Toast is a toasted sandwich, and Braille is what you make, it's a toasted sandwich maker, I think you'll find lumps, pieces of pork that soften pork skin.

Toastedas are grilled sandwiches, G-chinks are pork. I don't know what the word Breville means in English, I'm Scottish.

G's pieces are Chicharon (according to my father)
