There are so many types it's hard to say.
@Santiago This is exactly the way Aaron taught me in elementary school, I don't remember !!!
It's very simple, all you need to do is find the number you are looking for.
Example
1) Root 4 = 2 2 * 2 = 4
2) Route 16 = 4 4 * 4 = 16
3) Root 36 = 6 6 * 6 = 36
